The NorMAN Out of Hours Helpline is pleased to host our first UK User Group Conference to be held on the Tuesday 10th November 2009 in London. Delegates representing all current participants of the helpline will be invited to attend. We anticipate the presence of customer support managers from more than 20 leading UK institutions at the conference; representative of a shared knowledge which encompasses support to 20% of the total UK student population.
Over the last several years the Helpline has grown in strength and numbers, but we will be welcoming feedback from our participants in how they would like the service to grow over the next several years.
Also this UK User Group offers a valuable opportunity for support managers to network and share ideas in the field of student support, benefitting from the wealth of experience represented by the delegates. We will be inviting delegates to suggest topics for discussion.
