The NorMAN Helpline hosted their second UK User Group Conference which was held on Thursday 11th November 2010 in Birmingham. Delegates representing all current participants and future participants of the helpline were invited to attend including customer support managers from more than 20 leading UK; representative of a shared knowledge which encompasses support to more than 20% of the total UK student population.
Over the last few years the Helpline has grown in strength and numbers, but we welcome feedback from our participants in how they would like the service to grow over the next several years..
The UK User Group offers a valuable opportunity for support managers to network and share ideas in the field of student support, benefitting from the wealth of experience represented by the delegates.
The third NorMAN Helpline UK User Group Conference will be held in 2012.
